It turns out that Luffy already knew they weren’t blood brothers. He tells the others that Ace’s father was really Roger, which plays out similarly to when Garp told of Luffy’s lineage.

One of Sai’s ink birds come flying, and Danzou opens up a scroll. The bird collides with it.
It turns into ink which transfigures into text

The contents of the scroll is a mystery.

Suigetsu: “Wouldn’t it be better to kill [them] before we ambush [the Hokage]? I’m tired already…”

白ひげはもう近くまできてんじゃない？
海軍の白ひげ艦隊を監視する船をちょくちょくだしてるんだけどどれも一向に帰ってこない
みたいな事書いてありました
見物人も全世界の人たちじゃないのかな？なんか映像写すテレビみたいなのあり
それをみてる農民とか酒場の人の絵が書いてあります
現にその映像をみてた一般人が おっエースでてきたぞ って会話もありました
今回のは俺もすごい展開だなと思ってがんばって書きましたが
後は画バレに期待してちょ（スモーカーも多分召集してるはず１０万の中にいました。その映像周りの海兵と見 てるだけかもしれないけど…）

When they hear the whole story about Ace the assembled marines are swept off their feet by surprise.
